How the goods actually move

Stock models ship fast. The five models above are produced and held — most wholesale orders leave within days rather than weeks.
Mixed containers. Cases, violins, bows and accessories load together in one 20' or 40'HQ. You don't need a full container of cases to get factory pricing.
Cases fill volume, not weight. They are light and bulky, so plan by CBM. Ask us for the loading sheet before you book freight.
FOB, and we'll work with your forwarder. Or tell us your port and we'll quote the freight alongside the goods.

What is the minimum order for wholesale violin cases?

Thirty pieces for the 900D deluxe models (VC-301, VC-302) and fifty for the foam and 600D models. Colours are mixable within a model, and you can combine several models in one order. If you are also buying violins from us, cases and instruments load in the same container.

Can you print my logo on the cases?

Yes — screen printing or embroidery on the shell, on any model in the range. We can also change the lining colour, print your carton artwork and attach your hang tags and barcodes. Send us the artwork and we'll come back with a proof and a price.

How long does a sample take?

Three to five days for a stock model. Add time if we are printing your logo, because you will want to approve a proof first. Sample cost is credited against your first production order.

What's the real difference between 600D and 900D?

The number is the denier of the outer fabric — how thick the yarn is. 900D is heavier, more abrasion-resistant and looks more premium in the hand, which is why the 900D models carry the flocked interior and sit at a higher retail price. 600D is the volume shop model. Foam (VC-101) is the school and rental tier: lightest, cheapest, easiest to replace.

Do you make viola, cello or bass cases?

Yes, to order, along with fractional violin sizes. They are not stock items, so tell us the size and quantity and we will quote with photos.

I sell on Amazon. Can you work with me?

Regularly. Custom packaging, barcodes and polybagging to marketplace requirements are all normal work for us. Note that cases are bulky and light, so run your fulfilment numbers on dimensional weight before you commit to a quantity — we're happy to send exact carton dimensions to help you do that.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. Meijuan Violin Case Factory makes the cases; Hangzhou Luchenyuan Technology Co., Ltd. is our export partner and handles the paperwork, which is why you will see both names on documents.
